These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GuitarProTips at https://guitarprotips.com, operated by Taciturn Studios LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
By creating an account, subscribing to our services, or otherwise using GuitarProTips, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
GuitarProTips provides guitar practice intelligence tools, educational content, daily tips, a BPM tracker, routine builder, and a practice score dashboard. A free tier is available to all registered users. The Pro subscription unlocks additional features including advanced analytics, unlimited session logging, and premium content.
You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@guitarprotips.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
The Pro subscription is available on a monthly or annual basis. Subscription fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing period. All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file for the renewal amount.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain Pro access until that date. We do not prorate partial billing periods.
If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by contacting support@guitarprotips.com or legal@guitarprotips.com. Approved refunds are processed within 48–72 hours, depending on your bank's processing time. The Guitar Breakthrough Bundle has a 48-hour satisfaction window. Refunds are not available for partial billing periods after those windows.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect. Your continued subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
GuitarProTips participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program and other affiliate programmes. Some links on this site are affiliate links, clearly marked with a disclosure notice. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content, recommendations, or reviews. We only recommend products and services we genuinely believe are useful to guitarists.
All content on GuitarProTips — including articles, tips, tools, graphics, and software — is owned by Taciturn Studios LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
If you submit content to the site (e.g., comments or feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

GuitarProTips is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Guitar practice advice provided on the site is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional instruction. We are not responsible for any injury resulting from following advice on this site.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Taciturn Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taciturn Studios LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
The site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending an email to registered users. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
